Where the time goes??

Why do we always worry about time? Almighty had given time to us equally and we waste that immense treasure by sleeping, watching worthless TV programs. I called the time immense,because it cannot be retrieved at any cost.
By proper management ,we can better utilize it .Set schedules and targets of day to day job.
